Privacy Policy
Our full privacy policy is being prepared. In the meantime, this page sets out plainly what this website does with the details you give it, so that nothing about your information is left unsaid while the policy is finalised.
What this website collects
- What you type into the enquiry form
- Your name and mobile number are required. Email address, preferred visit date and message are optional. If you started the enquiry from a specific plot, that plot number is included; you can remove it before sending.
- How your enquiry reaches us
- Submitting the form sends these details to this website's own server, where they are checked and your mobile number is standardised into a single format. They are used only to contact you about your enquiry.
- Where your enquiry goes next
- Your enquiry is sent onward as an email notification to our team, using a third-party email delivery service acting on our behalf. That service handles the message in order to deliver it. Your details are not stored in a database on this website — the email notification is the record. If the notification cannot be delivered, the form tells you the submission failed rather than accepting it and quietly discarding it.
- How you found us
- If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign details in that link, along with the first page you landed on, are kept in your browser for the duration of your visit and attached to any enquiry you send. This tells us which campaign to credit. It is stored only in this browser tab, is cleared when you close it, and is not shared with anyone else.
- Tracking and advertising
- This website runs no analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts, and sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
- Calling, emailing or messaging us
- Choosing to call, email or open WhatsApp from this site hands you over to your own phone or app. Nothing is submitted to this website when you do, and what happens to your message from that point is governed by that service's own terms and by our ordinary handling of enquiries.
Still to be published
The following will appear in the full policy. They are commitments about how this business operates rather than descriptions of how this website is built, so they are being confirmed before publication rather than assumed here:
- The identity and registered address of the entity that controls this data
- How long enquiry details are kept, and what happens to them afterwards
- Who else receives them, named — including the email delivery service that already processes every enquiry on our behalf, and any CRM or channel partners
- How to ask for a copy of your details, correct them, or have them deleted
- A named contact for privacy questions and grievances
- Consent wording for marketing contact that goes beyond answering your enquiry
